Description:

We are currently seeking a SAP BW/ABAP technical expert to join the SAP CoE and to support the on-going EMP implementation project.

Your opportunity:

As part of its HR Controlling transformation project, the Group HR Cost Controlling (HRCC) function plans to implement an EPM/BI solution as a unified reporting and forecasting tool. This solution will consolidate employee details and costs across all brands and regions, and calculate workforce evolution for upcoming Budget and Forecast cycles. The data will primarily come from payroll systems and Workday, as well as flat files for non-integrated entities. A custom BW transaction will be used to load, check, correct, and validate the data. Then the data will be saved into BW layers and analyzed via Analysis for office and SAC.

Deliverables:

• Participate in design workshops and define implementation details in line with conventions and best practices
• Provide functional feedback to optimize requirements based on tool capabilities
• Propose and implement technical solutions
• Take part in unit testing to validate business rule execution
• Present solutions to stakeholders and support user adoption

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience on SAP BW with a focus on development of ABAP code
• Advanced knowledge on Analysis for office
• Advanced knowledge on SAC story creation
• Demonstrated ability to think analytically and convert raw data to actionable information
• In depth knowledge in HR reporting requirement and KPI analysis
• Team player with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, able to present concepts and recommendations to all levels within the organization, able to work in autonomy and be proactive
• Excellent problem solver and motivated by working at the intersection of business and IT
• English speaker, French or Italian would be a plus.
