Duration - 6 Months.

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to join a dynamic and high-impact transformation program based in Solna, Stockholm. This role will lead the management of the SAP Ariba scope within a larger Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation, ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder alignment across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of release milestones, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for the SAP Ariba scope, driving rollout planning and execution in collaboration with the business and implementation partner.
• Serve as the Source-to-Pay (S2P) Deployment Lead for the release, managing cutover and mock load planning alongside relevant teams.
• Work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to validate that all requirements and critical topics are addressed.
• Balance interim and end-state solution options to support scalable implementation.
• Coordinate and align with Work Stream Leads, Global Process Owners, and Program Enablement teams (Test, Data & Migration, Change Management, etc.).
• Identify, communicate, and resolve key decision points, risks, and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across related workstreams and foster strong collaboration with business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading SAP Ariba implementations within complex, enterprise-scale environments.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in release planning, cutover management, and deployment activities.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and manage expectations effectively.
• Fluent in English; experience in international programs is a strong advantage.
• Availability to work onsite in Solna 2–3 days per week.
