Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and optimisation of end-to-end R2R processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA or ECC capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial processes with business objectives
• Contribute to the definition and configuration of core finance processes, including general ledger, period-end close, fixed assets, and inter-company
• Provide input on compliance with regulatory, statutory, and tax reporting requirements
• Participate in workshops, document functional requirements, and support solution validation activities
• Help drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and system efficiencies
• Act as a liaison between finance users and technical teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and successful delivery
• Support stakeholder communication and change management within the R2R function

Ideal Profile:

• Strong knowledge of the SAP finance landscape, particularly in Record-to-Report processes
• Familiar with core financial operations such as GL, close cycles, fixed asset management, inter-company accounting, and statutory reporting
• Understanding of how technology can enable compliance and control across markets
• Able to communicate effectively with both finance stakeholders and IT delivery teams
• Background in finance or accounting is beneficial but not essential
• Comfortable working in dynamic, project-oriented environments
